1.	U.S. 131 to Exit 139 (exits to Perry St./East M20)
2.	East on Perry St. to State St. (Perry ends at State)
3.	North on State St. to Elm St. (Farm Market on the Northeast corner)

5.	The County Building is on the Southeast corner of Elm & Stewart
